Based on the EU project, under 10.3 operation "Development of industry for renewable energy sources", we conduct production of wind turbine converters.

Currently, high power wind turbines manufactured and installed in power systems are equipped with transistor converters transforming totally or partially generated in generators energy for energy with the parameters required by the power system. These are turbine constructions with variable rotor speed.

Windmills with variable speed have optimal energy conversion efficiency over the wind speed range. Structures with a capacity of 2 ÷ 3 MW are currently most common. These windmills are characterized by much lower emission of harmonics and quite large possibilities of generation / consumption of reactive power, especially when working with the current power of the fan, which is smaller than its nominal power.
